Common questions
Do I need a referral?
No. You can contact us directly. We also welcome referrals from GPs, hospitals, case managers and family members with your consent.
What happens during a home visit?
We look at how you move, what you find difficult, and what matters to you in your home. We may check equipment, suggest adaptations, and agree a plan with you.
Who is eligible for private OT?
We support adults of any age who need practical help at home. If NHS services are the better route, we will tell you and help you get there.
How quickly can I be seen?
We usually offer an initial appointment within a few days, depending on your location and availability.
